Delivery
At Waterlily Bathrooms we aim to deliver your goods as quickly and as smoothly as possible. With our many suppliers in and around the UK & Europe we have a varied and consistant supply chain at our disposal to ensure we have the goods for you when you need them.
Most products on our website are usually ready for despatch either from our own warehouse or direct from the manufacturer/distributor with in 24-48hrs.
In some cases where a product is out of stock or a special order, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
Smaller products i.e shower valves, taps and accessories etc will be despatched using UKmail, Citylink or Parcelforce. All routes can be tracked by the customer via the appropriate website.
Larger products will be packaged securely on a pallet and despatched via Moody logistics on the pall-ex network. You will be notified prior to delivery as to alloted day and estimated time of delivery.
Delivery can be booked in advance on this service if required.
It is advisable to have persons available to transport larger/heavier goods into your property from the drop off point as delivery personnel are not insured/oblidged to do this.
Delivery costs for most UK post codes start at £2:95 and max at £65. In some cases free delivery may be available, this will be made clear during the payment process.
For some parts of Scotland, Ireland, Hebrides, Isles and Europe an extra charge may be added once delivery details have been completed.
